Thank you for your interest in MAC Volleyball. All of our teams are currently finalized for the season.
ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION
MAC Volleyball is a registered member of the OVA (Ontario Volleyball Association) and we follow the guidelines outlined in the Youth Competitions Manual. As members, we are bound by OVA Membership Policy.
The OVA registration that was completed for the 2025 Summer Open Gyms will expire August 31, 2025. Every NEW season, teams, players and coaches must re-register through the OVA Membership Registration System (MRS) as a tryout player for the 2025-26 Season.

The Ontario Volleyball Association has defined two “ Age Category Pathways” for competition as outlined below.
Athlete age eligibility is determined by an athlete’s year, and in some cases, month of birth. If your athlete is born between September 1 and December 31 of a given year, they are eligible to play at their “Chronological Age Category” AND the “Extended Age Class”.

Chronological Age Class (2025/26)
12U: Born 2014 or younger (4v4 - Early Contact Initiative)
13U: Born 2013 (6v6 - Early Contact Initiative)
14U: Born 2012 (TLS- Early Contact Initiative)
15U: Born 2011
16U: Born 2010
17U: Born 2009
18U: Born 2008
AGE CATEGORY:
Extended Age Class (2025/26)
12U: Born between September 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013
13U: Born between September 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012
14U: Born between September 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011
15U: Born between September 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010
16U: Born between September 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009
17U: Born between September 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008
18U: Born between September 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007
