MAC Smashball Program 2026–27

For Boys Born in 2016 or Later (Grades 3–5 Recommended)

WHERE: Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School (1770 Upper Sherman Ave, Hamilton, ON)

WHEN: Wednesdays 6:00 - 8:00pm

Session 1: October 7, 2026 – January 6, 2027 (12 weeks)

Session 2: January 13 – April 7, 2027 (12 weeks)

COST*: $350 per session (includes a practice shirt)

*Start any time in the Session and cost will be pro-rated

Why Smashball?

Smashball is volleyball reimagined for kids!
It’s fast, fun, and focused on the most exciting part of the game: spiking!

Children progress through 5 skill-based levels as they build:

• Physical literacy & athletic skills (running, jumping, throwing, etc.)

• Strength through fun games & body-weight exercises

• Volleyball fundamentals, especially spiking

• Teamwork, communication & sportsmanship

• Friendships & confidence in competition

Every session includes small-sided games where kids learn by playing!
